What is Singing Chicken Hot Pot

Jiujiao chicken pot is a traditional local dish in Guangdong Province, belonging to the Cantonese cuisine. Wash the chicken, dry it, and chop it into 2cm pieces. Peel the small onion and garlic cloves, remove the roots and wash them separately. Cut green and red bell peppers into diamond-shaped slices. Add Zhuhou sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and white sugar into the chicken pieces, stir well and marinate for 30 minutes. Put the oil in the casserole, heat it up, add the onion, garlic and ginger slices, stir fry until fragrant. Then add the marinated chicken pieces and 2 pieces of green and red peppers, stir fry with chopsticks for a while, when the surface of the chicken is cooked, pour in the Shaoxing wine, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens. That's it.

1/2 chicken , 8 small purple onions, 1/2 green, 1/2 red bell pepper, 3 slices old ginger, 5 cloves garlic, 2 tsp light soy sauce (10ml), 2 tsp dark soy sauce (10ml), 1 teaspoon white sugar (5g), 1 tablespoon oil (15ml), 2 tablespoons Shao wine or rice wine (30ml), 1 teaspoon Zhuhou sauce (5g)

3. Slice the onion, peel the garlic, slice the ginger

9. Put in the vegetable pepper and simmer until the juice is almost dry
