Boneless Chicken and Mushroom On Rice 北菇雞片飯 |
Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces, add seasoning and set aside. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thick strips, mix with seasoning, and shred the ginger slices.
Wash the rice, put it in the pot, add water, cover it, and turn on the fire. When the water gradually dries up (about 4 minutes), spread the chicken pieces, mushrooms, and shredded ginger on the rice noodles, cover, and continue to cook. Turn off the heat after about 4 minutes and continue to bake for about 15 minutes.
Heat the soy sauce in a pot, bring it to a boil, remove it from the heat, pour it into the rice, and serve.
