Luohanzhai is a famous Chinese dish and vegetarian. This dish includes various vegetables, mushrooms, soy products mixed with dark soy sauce, and other seasonings. The ingredients used for it vary widely. It is said that the name of Luohanzhai is because there are as many as 18 kinds of ingredients (above) in this dish, which is similar to the Eighteen Luohans .
