Siu Mei ( Cantonese: siu1 mei2, English: siu mei ) is a type of barbecued food in Chinese Cantonese cuisine. This kind of food is available in restaurants or Chinese restaurants, as well as fast-food restaurants in Vancouver. Siu-mei is often sold with rice, called Siu-mei rice, and is also sold with rice noodles, rice noodles, noodles, and other foods. Siu-mei originated in Guangdong and is popular in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and southern China.

Siu Mei is sometimes referred to as roast meat, but the two are actually different. In Hong Kong's "roasted meat" shops, in addition to selling roasted meat, they also sell roasted meat in autumn and winter. However, most places other than Guangdong and Hong Kong, and Macau do not make a special distinction between the two.
