牛鬆生菜包: Beef lettuce wrap

1. Cut carrots, water chestnuts, celery, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and ginger into pieces; cut lettuce leaves into bowl-sized discs and set aside.
2. Heat a pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, add the minced mushrooms, minced green onions, and minced ginger from step 1 and saute until fragrant.
- 3. Add ground beef and stir fry until it turns white, then add carrots, water chestnuts, minced celery, and all seasonings from Step 1, stir well, and thicken with white flour and water.
- 4. Wrap the ingredients of method 3 with lettuce leaves and eat.
