Also, the name Mangosteen beef balls (or mangosteen beef) are a type of dim sum that is quite common in Hong Kong. Add water chestnuts, spring onions, and seasonings from beef to make ball-shaped meatballs, place them on yuba, and steam them in a steamer. Most of them are seasoned with soy sauce before serving. Due to health reasons, some restaurants now replace yuba with fresh and timely vegetables, which are called Shicai Beef Balls.
