BEEF WITH PAN-FRIED SPAGHETTI
1. Wash, peel and shred the onion. Wash chives and cut into sections. Clean mung bean sprouts. Put the long pasta in boiling water, add a little salt and cook for about 12 minutes, remove and drain, stir in a little oil, spread out and let cool (or blow to cool).
2. Pour the salad oil into the pot and heat it up, add the beef and onion and stir-fry over high heat for a while. When the aroma comes out, add the pasta in Method 1.
3. Continue the practice 2. Stir fry for about 2 minutes, add bean sprouts and all seasonings and fry for about 1 minute. Finally, add chives and mix well.
