1. Cut the chicken thighs into cubes, mix well with soy sauce and rice wine, add Taibai powder and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes. Cut bell peppers (green, red, yellow) into pieces. Chop soy sauce and garlic. [Sauce] Mix thoroughly.
