1. Cut carrots into pieces, soak yuba until soft, cut green onions, peel the skin, cut mutton into pieces, soak mushrooms until soft

6. After half an hour, add in teriyaki and shiitake mushrooms, and after another half, an hour, add in yuba. Continue to simmer for half an hour. Before serving, sprinkle some cilantro.
