1. Put the Shanghai thick noodles into the water for 5 minutes, take out the cold water, drain and set aside.
2. Shred the barbecued pork.
3. Heat the oil, add in the barbecued pork and fry until cooked.
4. Wash and shred the broccoli, fry in oil until soft and serve.
5. Heat up oil, add in Shanghai thick noodles and seasonings and fry until the water dries up.
6. Add in shredded pork and broccoli, stir well and serve.
