SPICY GARLIC PORK CHOP 椒鹽豬扒 |

1. Loosen both sides of pork chop with a knife, marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and a protein for at least half an hour

2. Mince the garlic, cut the red pepper into shreds and set aside
|
3. Heat a red wok, fry both sides of the pork chop on high heat first, then turn to low heat and fry until cooked, take out and set aside
|
4. Heat a red wok, sauté the minced garlic, red pepper, add salt and pepper, five-spice powder, and wine, add the pork chops and quickly mix it up and serve
