Steamed Meatloaf with Plum Vegetables The meat patty is steamed soft, the taste is moderately salty and sweet, and it is delicious and easy to eat. Add a plate of greens and it's perfect.

This is James's specialty hometown side dish. I have loved to eat since I was a child, it is really a delicious appetizer and a meal. No matter the weather, hot or cold, it's always appropriate and an easy, all-weather home-cooked meal.
